Deposits

Cancellation Policy:
We will not hold your deposit for future visits without this notice.
Any changes to your scheduled appointment requires a 48 hour notice. 48 hrs notice allows you to reschedule, keep the deposit as a credit on your account or a refund.
The exception are for spay and neuter appointments, those are non-refundable.

End of Life Services
Euthanasia services are offered by appointment only. We offer two different kinds of appointments. If you wish to stay with your pet fo the entire procedure from sedation to the finish, we call that an End of Life Visit and you need to email, call or text us to schedule. If you prefer to not be present after the initial sedation, we call that an Owner Request Euthanasia and you can schedule that thru our online portal, the link is below.
