Book an Appointment to Adopt

Our adoptions are by appointment only. Please use our online scheduling to sign up!

Step 1: Choose and complete the appropriate application (dog or cat) and save to your computer. Don’t forget to list the animal(s) name or ID number you are interested in adopting.

Step 2: Click below to schedule an adoption appointment and upload the completed app when prompted.

Note: Completion of an adoption application and appointment does not guarantee adoption of a pet.
